Free Wills for a donation to Chesterfield Canal Trust

Many people assume they do not need a Will, or think they will eventually get round to making one. Statistics show that a surprisingly high number of people are unaware of the laws on dying without a Will (Intestacy). Which is why we want to give people the opportunity to consider making a Will, which also benefits a charity. This February, Buchanan & Co are writing basic Wills for free, in exchange for a fixed donation to the Chesterfield Canal Trust.
