What to do if you have a complaint

If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received or about the bill, please contact Tim Barlow on 01246 471900 or by emailing him at timb@buchananco.co.uk or by writing to us at  21 High Street, Staveley, Chesterfield,  S43 3UU.  Please set out your complaint as clearly as you can.  We will then investigate your complaint and get back to you within eight weeks.

If we can’t settle your complaint with us within 8 weeks then you are entitled to contact the Legal Ombudsman at

If you believe we have lied to you or stolen from you or shut down without telling you or broken the SRA rules, then you have the right to complain to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) whose contact details are:
