Wills online

We now have reintroduced the service of offering Will writing, at distance.

How this works, we arrange a mutually convenient appointment via ZOOM, TEAMS, WhatsApp of Facetime, to discuss your estate situation and your desires for distribution when you pass away.

What we will do is send out, by email, some forms to gather basic information as to you ( and your other half, if applicable) which will allow us to set up a file on our system, on you. This is so that when we are interacting on the call, we have the necessary information to hand.

What you need to do when we meet, is situate yourself in your home, office or any safe and quite place, to take the meeting.

When we meet, we will do a full analysis of your estate planning requirements, and make suggestion on options you can consider.

Once the meeting is concluded, then we will prepare a DRAFT Will for you to consider; this is all done by email.

Once again, the approved Will will we posted to you with instruction to get it signed by you and witnessed locally to you by friends or family. Once that’s done, you keep the signed Will in a safe place.

The Cost

In association with our Charity partners, Cancer Research UK (CRUK), Alzheimer’s Society and the Stroke Association we can offer, via them, a discount for this service.

Example: a standard single Will, with no charitable giving is £ 240.00 (plus vat) + £20 ID biometric checker = £ 308.00 (inc vat)

Should you wish to leave a gift within your Will to the above named charity, then a credit of £140.00 will apply = £ 168.00 (inc vat)

please note, the credit only applies to the 3 charities listed below, and not to any other monthly Will offer which we may run through the year.

I have used Buchanan & Co to finalise my divorce, they are very helpful & professional. I must make a special mention about Julia Gibbons, who has provided me with expert help & has always been on hand to answer any questions I had. I can't recommend Buchanans enough!
