The High Court is to rule on whether the marriage of an estranged couple is valid under English law after they took part in an Islamic wedding ceremony.
The 'husband', Mr Khan, says they are married "under Sharia law only" and Mrs Khan, the 'wife', should not be allowed to apply for a divorce and wants to stop her fighting for money.
The decision is to be announced at a later date.
