What to do if you have a complaint

Please set out your complaint as clearly as you can. We will then investigate your complaint and get back to you within eight weeks.
If we can’t settle your complaint with us within 8 weeks then you are entitled to contact the Legal Ombudsman at PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ.
If you believe we have lied to you or stolen from you or shut down without telling you or broken the SRA rules, then you have the right to complain to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) whose contact details are:
