Buchanan & Co Solicitors Ltd. are a long-established solicitors and conveyancing firm serving clients around the Staveley, Chesterfield & Kiveton Park, Sheffield areas.
We’re a family run practice with more than 3 decades of experience and specialities that include private family law and divorce, conveyancing for private and commercial properties, civil litigation and estate planning. Our friendly and approachable team are here to help you deal with whatever legal issue you have and ensure that your matter proceeds as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
We are not a Legal Aid Practice nor do we offer legal services on any type of immigration matters.

Our office hours are as follows:
Staveley Branch – 9:00h to 13:00h (closed for lunch) 14:00h to 17:00h – Monday to Friday
Kiveton Park Branch – 09:00h to 15:00h – Monday to Friday.
