IMPORTANT NOTICE RELATING TO STAMP DUTY LAND TAX
Following the Budget Announcement on 30 October 2024, the higher rate of stamp duty on purchases of additional residential properties by individuals and purchases of residential properties by companies, will increase from 3% to 5% above the standard residential rates as from 31October 2024. Furthermore, the current stamp duty land tax temporary increase to the thresholds is due to end on 31March 2025.We cannot guarantee any completion before the expiry of the SDLT relief on
