Changes to Stamp Duty Land Tax

The announcement last week of the Stamp Duty Land Tax cut saw a marketed increase in traffic on our website calculator within just a few hours of the announcement!

We noticed a slowing down on enquires in the preceding 14 days before the announcement and attributed the slow down to the current unstable financial climate but once the announcement for the reduction in Stamp Duty was announced the increase in the request for quotes has been noticeable.
